Remember to add 280000 meters to the X Coordinate and 3770000 meters to the Y Coordinate.
Remember that the depths are measured below the ocean surface during MLLW.
Each file contains XYZs for 30 phones from 5 VLAs, starting with the first phone in VLA 1.
Version # 1 = (12/28/98) Original File
Version # 2 = (01/26/99) Contains new VLA base locations
Version # 3 = (03/12/99) Same as Version #2 except contains better averaging of tilts and headings
Version # 4 = (03/19/99) Same as Version #3, except no magnetic declination applied

File numbers refer to when the particular files starts in time (GMT),
and the range and bearing to the USS Acoustic Explorer during this
time.
