The Santa Barbara Channel Experiment (SBCX)

Results

One of the items which came out of the Passive Sonar Feasibility Study (i.e., SBCX) meeting on May 6, 1999 was a recommendation by Capt. J. Polcari (DARPA/TTO) to restrict access to the localization output from the Santa Barbara Channel Experiment. Access is restricted to those who directly participated in the experiment or have been contracted by DARPA to evaluate the data. If you do not fall in this group, you must contact Captain Polcari at DARPA to arrange access to the results section of this web site.

In order to comply with this, I have moved all of the slides and movies to a separate, SSL-encrypted web site. You must register to use this site, and select a username/password combination. All data between the secure site and your web browser (including your username/password) will be encrypted. Your web browser must support SSL encryption (Netscape and Microsoft Internet Explorer should be OK), and (more importantly) your corporate firewall must allow port 443 to pass through.
